Engrave With Purpose makes high quality merch for brands. Our focus is on bringing your brand to life in a fun way.
We make completely custom merch that is eco friendly and that looks and feels amazing.
- We have listed hundreds of eco-friendly products on the website but there are always more.

- More complex custom orders could take 10-21 business days to ship depending on the item you ordered.
- Items like epoxy plaques, challenge coin flags, signs for example.
- So please allow for enough time, I will not sacrifice quality to meet a time frame.
- Please note: This time does not include the day you order, weekends, holidays, or actual transit times.
- If your order was placed on the weekend, the shipping time estimate days DO NOT start until the next closest business day.
- Since I am the only full-time one on my team, I need that time to make sure that orders are made to MY standard and are correct.
- Once the package leaves my house (shop), I have no control over shipping issues that are the result of the shipping service.
- Changes or cancellations to your order CANNOT be made once the order is placed.
- Orders can’t be canceled because your item is personalized, and it cannot be restocked or resold.
- Due to the speed that orders move into the production process, it is rare that we can change anything.
- However, if you immediately notice an issue on your order confirmation, contact us ASAP. We “may” be able to help depending on the issue and where the order is in the production process.
- We accept images with extension .gif .jpg .jpeg .png.
- Files must be 25MB or smaller. The upload time will depend on the file size and your Internet connection speed. Please be patient when uploading a large image.
- Please try to use the best-quality image possible. Check the individual product descriptions for recommended resolution. If your image is below the minimum resolution/size requirements, do not simply increase the size in your editing software. You must either rescan the image or use a higher-quality image.
- When scanning in photographs, please use a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. When taking digital images, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality.
- Your image will be reproduced as it appears. In some cases, we may crop the image for size, to fit the product you order. However, we will not color correct, retouch or otherwise crop your image. For the best results, we ask that you edit the photo to the sizes and aspect ratio suggested in the product descriptions.
- Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.
- We cannot reproduce copyrighted photos and images.
- We reserve the right to refuse any objectionable material. We will not reproduce materials that are deemed by our staff to be offensive or obscene.

- Yes, we make 90% of our custom merch from scratch.

Placing An Order
- YES. We are required by law to collect sales tax according to the policies of the delivery jurisdiction.
- In certain states, we are also required to charge tax on shipping charges.
- Yes, if it is a business or organization account.
- Please send a copy of the tax-exempt form in jpeg format
to: engravewithpurpose@gmail.com. - Be sure to provide the email address used in your account so that we can be sure to identify the proper account.
- Once received, we will mark the account tax exempt and email you regarding the tax-exempt status confirming that the account profile for the organization has been marked as tax-exempt.
- Please be sure to place all orders using the same email and
password to receive this status.
- We offer our Customers several convenient payment options. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay for your convenience.
- We do not accept cash, checks or COD.
Personalization Questions
We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of prohibited content. Prohibited content includes content or material (text, images or photos) that we believe:
- Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;
- Contains copyrighted material used without written permission of the owner;
- Violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others;
- Advocates illegal activity;
- Harms anyone, including minors; or Provides a link to any of the above.
- The number of charters varies primarily due to the combination of the type of product, the personalization technique, and the fonts available.
- To provide you as much flexibility as possible, we set the highest maximum character limit possible, based on these factors, as well as our experience in what combination will work best.
- Spaces and punctuation count as one character each.
- Yes! As long as you have the right to utilize the logo.

Order Tracking
- Yes! You can check the status online.
- If you have an account, please log and then select “Order history”
- Carrier links will be provided to track the shipment once it
has shipped. - To see historical orders, you will need to log into your account.
- You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received which will include your order details and shipping information. You will also receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order ships that will include tracking numbers with links for quick and easy tracking!
Direct pickup is no longer available.
